Cavendish Homes is a family-owned and operated Canadian company that was founded by Rick Cavendish in 1984.

Ash Cavendish has continued the legacy and is at the helm.

Ash has a wealth of experience in the industry and started his journey over 20 years ago. He has the ability to think outside the box, offer cost saving ideas and always has a detailed approach. Ash adds his signature touch to each project by customizing his approach and final finishes for what’s right in the space as no one project is the same. 

The foundation of Cavendish Homes was built on exceptional quality, exceeding expectations, meticulous attention to detail, and staying on budget and on schedule. We continue to follow the same values today. Cavendish Homes brings a vast knowledge based on decades of collective experience that comes from building and renovating in the Toronto and Cottage Country areas with over 60 luxury custom built homes.

Cavendish Homes donates each year to charities supporting cancer. We are forever grateful to all of our clients for allowing us to work on their projects. 

A home is where memories are made with the most important people. It’s a place that you can call your home base, where you close the door from the outside world and embrace the warmth and comfort your home provides you.  Ash values and cherishes all the memories he has of his family and the times they spent together at home. As a young boy, Ash lost his mom, Naomi Cavendish, to cancer. Ash puts his heart and soul into each and every home he works on.
