“It was a pleasure working with Ash and his team for the amazing transformation of my Victorian home. From the start, Ash was very detailed in his approach to the plan, timing and budget. He incorporated very good cost saving and space saving ideas and worked well with my designer. His team was always friendly and approachable. The workmanship and materials are unparalleled. A lot of care was given to the house, protecting existing areas that were not being worked on. My favourite part of the renovations was Ash's ingenious idea to take a freestanding closet and inserting it into the wall which freed up a large area in the bedroom. While it was a very last minute addition to the renovations, Ash and his team executed it very quickly and the outcome was spectacular.
I embarked on what I thought would be a big renovation project in this 100+ year old house but Ash and his team made the experience very easy and painless! The house still needs further work in both the basement and a potential expansion and I look forward to working with Cavendish Homes again.”

One of them was quite complex: we moved two walls and added a shower to what was a powder room, and the sloping roof and limited space meant there was no room for error at any stage of the process. All of the work for both bathrooms was completed efficiently, with a minimum of disruption (we were particularly grateful that Ash made sure there was a thorough clean-up and vacuum at the end of every day!). In the end, the carpentry, drywall, tiling, painting, electrical and plumbing work were flawless, and we’re very happy with the end result.
